We connect farmers, workers, companies, and consumers, ensure fairer trading conditions, and give people the opportunity to fight poverty and grow sustainably. Fairtrade encourages companies to take responsibility in their supply chains and advocates for fair legislation from governments. Local teams are active worldwide, supporting farmers and workers with training and coaching on various topics, such as good management, women's rights and environmentally friendly agriculture.
