About Joust
Joust is the bridge between motivated young professionals and ambitious clients. We focus on (recent) graduates with 0-2 years of experience and match these young professionals with interesting companies. We do this in the form of a tailored traineeship in Finance, IT or Data. In the Joust traineeship you receive training and coaching adapted to your personal needs. This includes a steep learning curve in terms of hard and soft skills. Through Joust you will gain relevant work experience and have the possibility of joining the company after 12 to 18 months.

DISC is a type of assessment that provides valuable insights into your communication style and behavior. During this training, we will explore your personal results, examining what they reveal about your tendencies and preferences in communication.
