Since 1999, we have provided unbiased advice to entrepreneurs, family businesses, (PE) investors and large corporates on selling, buying and financing businesses across the globe. More than 60% of our deals are cross-border.

In 2021, Capitalmind welcomed Investec as significant minority shareholder to extend our footprint in the UK, USA, Asia and Africa.

Our team consists of 80+ experienced professionals across Europe, of which 15 in the Netherlands.
