Interested in management consulting? Our traineeship combines challenging projects with coaching and training for your personal and professional development!
SeederDeBoer is a medium-sized consulting firm based in Amsterdam, mainly active in healthcare, public administration and financial services. Our consultants are highly motivated and outspoken professionals who support our clients with challenges related to i.a. process design, organisational change and digitalisation.
Consultancy Traineeship
During our two-year traineeship you gain valuable experience while working and learning at a variety of organisations. Junior Consultant roles are in for example management support, business control, business analysis or process management. Simultaneously, you will receive extensive coaching, support and training from within our organisation.

Workshop SeederDeBoer
The workshop by SeederDeBoer offers you a peek into the organization. In the first part of the workshop, two of our consultants will tell you all about who we are and what we do. You will get the chance to meet representatives from our organization and get a taste of some projects typical of SeederDeBoer. Following the introduction, you will get to work on an intriguing challenge based on one of our actual projects from clients in the healthcare industry, the financial or the public sector. This way, you will get to experience what working as a consultant at SeederDeBoer looks like. Junior employees as well as partners or managing consultants will be there to answer any questions you may have.
