The A&M case study comprises a fictional Private Equity client that has just acquired 100% of the shares in a medical Company. They requested the assistance of A&M (represented by the students) to improve the Company’s operations and valuation, so the client can successfully exit realising a certain ROI percentage. The students will be provided with several documents (exhibits), after which they will have the possibility to debrief with our experienced C-level professionals who play the role of the CEO/CFO. Their input is used to create a presentation for the partners of the Private Equity client. Our case has been based off of real-life situations, where A&M has been involved, combining elements that have arisen and where multiple A&M service lines (Transaction Advisory, Post-Acquisition Performance Improvement, and Valuation Services) offered their expertise and provided impactful solutions.
